How booking works
- Members book; guests are booked by a member. You'll need your membership number.
- Early-year priority window: requests are held, then rooms allocated for a fair spread. After that, bookings confirm immediately.
- Weekends are Friday + Saturday together.
- The Lodge Manager may reshuffle rooms to fit parties; check the mid-level noticeboard on arrival.

Working bee credit: one midweek night per day worked (current year only).
