Season rates, paying and cancelling. Rates are set each season in the members' circular; this page is updated once a year.

Weekend (peak) $150 per weekend (Fri + Sat inclusive)
Midweek $70 per night (Sun–Thu)
Midweek special Book 5 midweek nights, pay for 4

Midweek $160 per night (Sun–Thu)
Off-peak Discounted rates: most of June and part of September
Children under 2 Free (with own portable cot)

Working bees: one midweek night credited per day worked (current year only).

Summer: the lodge is available outside winter at summer rates. Details to come; in the meantime, ask the secretary.

Paying

Pay within 7 days of your confirmation invoice; bank details are on the invoice. Credit card (Visa/Mastercard) is available via the treasurer with a 3% fee.

Cancelling

A 20% cancellation fee applies. Cancel in writing 14 or more days before arrival for an 80% refund; inside 14 days, a refund (80%, as credit) only if the room re-books.
